When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. Feel free to arrive any time after 3:30pm! We will have hot coffee, cocoa, cider and tea ready to keep you warm and toasty while you wait for the ceremony to start.

Is the wedding inside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will take place inside the Pavillion which is heated!

What should I wear?

Answer

We love to dress up and would love for you to do the same - if you like that sort of thing! Ultimately, we want you to be comfortable! Cocktail, semi-formal, or go all out.

Are my kids invited too?

Answer

Yes! If you know us, you know our world revolves around kids - at home, at work, everywhere. Your whole family is invited and would love for you all to celebrate with us, no matter how young or old.

How late will the wedding go?

Answer

Our last dance will be at 9:30pm followed by a sparkler exit!

Will there be gluten free options?

Answer

Yes! We have both entrees and sides that are gluten free. There will be signs indicating the gluten free options!

I get overwhelmed by large crowds and loud noises - is there somewhere quiet where I can take a break?

Answer

Yes! We are using the traditionally named "grooms" suite as a quiet space for guests to go when they need some time to get away from large crowds and loud music. Feel free to use this space as you need after the ceremony!

Can I smoke on property?

Answer

No, smoking is not permitted on property.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving Eola Hills Pinot Noir, Rose, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay, Breakside IPA, Coors Light, Schillings Chaider, and Black Cherry WhiteClaw! Last call will be at 9:00 pm. Water, lemonade, iced tea, coffee, cocoa, tea, and cider will be available all evening.
