What are the details for the welcome party?
We’re still deciding on the location. It will be a casual, come-and-go gathering so guests can also explore the city.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal / cocktail attire with a garden-inspired feel.
Where will the ceremony be held?
The ceremony will be held outdoors in the Venus Gardens at the Palace Tower of Caesars Palace. Please arrive 30 minutes early so everyone can be seated before it begins.
Where will dinner be held?
Dinner will be at Paris Las Vegas, a short walk from the ceremony.
Will transportation be provided to Fremont Street?
Yes. We will have a party bus for anyone who wants to go downtown. We’ll stop at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign on the way, and you’re welcome to bring alcohol on the bus.
Will there be a reception?
Yes, our reception will be held at a venue in Angleton, Texas. More details coming soon.
