There will be assigned tables at the reception. Please RSVP for your date if you plan to bring one.

When should I book a hotel room?
Answer
As soon as possible! There is no fee for reserving the room. The last day for blocked rooms is September 8th.

Will the wedding/reception be outside?
Answer
The wedding and reception will be inside the airplane hangar with the hangar doors open. Happy Hour will be held outside in a gated area on the tarmac.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The wedding begins at 5:30. Please arrive between 5-5:25.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! Please let the bride or groom know if you have a food allergy.
Question
What if I want to drink, but I don't want to drive?
Answer
A 14 passenger van will give rides from the hotel to the wedding venue. The last departure to the wedding will be at 5:00. The vans will be giving rides from the venue to the hotel beginning at 9:00.
