Hilton Garden Inn pickup time - 2:45pm Springhill Suites pickup time - 2:55pm Aloft pickup time- 3:30pm Please make sure you are in the lobby 5 minutes prior to pickup time to ensure the shuttle can stay on schedule. The shuttle will begin looping guests back to the hotels starting at 8:30pm.
Yes. You are welcome to leave your car parked at the venue overnight.
The ceremony will be located on The LedgeCrest Reserve courtyard. As long as weather allows, the ceremony will be outdoors.
