When should I RSVP by?

Answer

I know the invitations say to RSVP by a date but I wasn’t thinking about when I need everything for the venue, so please RSVP no later than April 24th, 2023.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30 pm. Ceremony will start at 5:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress semi formal and please avoid wearing all black, burgundy or any shade of white/off white. Please no jeans and sneakers.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to guest limits and budgets we are not offering plus ones. Only those addressed on the envelope are invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to alcohol being served at the event and being on a ranch, we kindly request that no kids will be present at the event. We understand this inconvenience, but hope you understand our request.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

I have looked up hotels near the venue and I have found 6 in Hillsboro, Tx. All hotels are 13-16 minutes away. Please keep in mind the venue is about an hour- an hour and a half away from most. Please consider booking a room for the night if you’re planning on drinking, as well as transportation to and from. There is a page on our wedding website that lists all the hotels and addresses if you are interested.

Is there going to be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. Please bring cash to tip your bartenders.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

NO! If you are caught sneaking alcohol from a flask or anything from your car on the venue property that is not provided from the bartenders you will be escorted out by the security guard per our venue contract. Thank you for your cooperation.
