Gunnar and Kylie highly recommend this place if you enjoy sushi or any type of Japanese food!
The couple enjoys going to Hunter's for good food and drinks. Heads up, the chili and quesadillas can get spicy.
If you have time for a movie I recommend here. It is close to the hotels where we have blocks reserved. Right on the other side of the theatre is a strip of shops including Cold Stone, Moe's Southwest Grill, Panera, Scotty's Brewhouse, Juniper (an adorable clothing boutique), and more.
Tippecanoe Mall is off of State Road 52 and 38 in Lafayette. Many parts of 52 and 26 are under construction so the bride recommends taking the new 231 if you want to get to the mall from the west side of town.
There are a lot of fun shops and restaurants on Main Street. One of Kylie's favorite places to eat is Red Seven. It is a little pricey so she saves it for birthday dinners. If you have a sweet tooth or like old fashioned malts and diner, McCord's is an excellent place to check out.
The Taste of Tippecanoe will be going on the weekend of the wedding. At the Taste many restaurants from the area set up booths downtown and serve sample sizes of their best dishes. The Taste is a lot of fun but parking can often be not so fun. If you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn on the Levee, the Taste is a quick walk over the bridge.
For those who want a familiar "wings, beer, sports" feel, we have a BDubs close by.
We also have a Wings Etc. Closer to the west side of town.
For those who are staying at Four Points, you are about 10 steps away from the Applebees. Although it is not unique to Lafayette, it is super close to you.
As seen on "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" for their peanut butter burger. The bride has not been brave enough to try it but has heard from numerous takers that it is delicious. The bride recommends Triple XXX's burgers, hot chocolate, and milk shakes!
