Where will the Ceremony and Reception take place?

The ceremony will be held in St. James Church at 1:00pm at 49 Crosswinds Dr, Charles Town, WV. The reception will immediately follow at a different location: Wood End Farm at 364 Wood End Farm, Summit Point, WV.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 1:00 pm at St. James. Please arrive and be seated by 12:45 pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress semi-formal, but we’re not too picky. Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in and come celebrate with us!

When do I need to RSVP BY?

Please RSVP no later than March 14, 2026.

Are plus ones and children included?

Answer

If they are listed on your invitation, they are included. Due to limited venue space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
