Glamping
We are excited to offer onsite glamping through High Desert Camping Co. for our wedding weekend! Glamping tents are about 16 feet in diameter and 10 feet tall, with thick weatherproof canvas and an interior bug guard and bottom vents. Each glamping tent is set up with the following: 1x 16ft Canvas Bell Tent 1x Queen Memory Foam Mattress 1x 14in Standard Bed Frame 4x Standard Pillows with Pillowcases 1x All Season Comforter with Duvet Cover 1x Each Flat & Fitted Sheets 1x Throw Blanket 1x Throw Pillow 1x Rug 2x Chairs 1x Side Table 2x LED Hurricane Lanterns 1x Pre-Charged Power Bank 1x Mirror 1x Towel per Person Glamping is based on a per tent flat rate of $450+tax for a single queen tent (1-2 people) or $600+tax for a double tent (2 - 4 people). This price does not include the $30 per person campsite fee (which gets you complimentary breakfast each day you're there!) If you are interested in glamping, please indicate so on your RSVP.
Travel Note
Camping
The Ranch at Stoney Creek offers a campsite that will accommodate 80 guests. The cost is $30 per person per night and includes a Continental Breakfast. You can bring your own tent and sleeping gear, rent their Bare Bones tent with cots (for an additional fee), or bring a trailer up to 26' or a motorhome up to 30'. They do not have hookups, but there are 2 restrooms and 2 outdoor showers available for campers. If you are interested in camping, please let us know when you RSVP.
Flight
Sacramento International Airport (SMF)
SMF is the closest airport to the Ranch. It is roughly a 90 minute drive from SMF to the Ranch, so renting a car is recommended.
