When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You must RSVP by September 1st so we can finalize our guest count with our vendors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation and/or the RSVP site. We appreciate everyone honoring the guest count provided.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, our wedding will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal dress is preferred (ex: suits, dresses, cocktail attire).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30pm to ensure everyone is seated by 3:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at McKelvey Vineyards (ceremony site) and Neier Reception Hall (reception site). Additional details can be found on the Schedule tab.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We would like everyone to be present in the moment!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

For out-of-town guests, we reccomend staying at one of the following hotels: * Super 8 - Union, MO * Best Western - Washington, MO * Old Dutch Hotel - Washington, MO * River Sirens Hotel - Washington, MO We suggest booking your room as early as possible to ensure availability.
