What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Our venue and reception will take place at one location - Performing Arts Center at Kent State Tuscarawas. The address is 330 University Dr NE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663. The venue is ADA accessible in all areas.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. Guests can find their seats starting at 5 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. We request no jeans be worn.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are specifically indicated on your invitation. We are unable to accommodate any uninvited guests.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We will be celebrating our day with adults only. We understand that childcare might be a need, please reach out to Kylie for recommendations for a babysitter. We are working to arrange one for our guests that need a babysitter.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. We do ask guests that will be celebrating with adult beverages, to be smart. Please consider taking the shuttle from Holiday Inn Express to and from the wedding. Uber and Lyft are not available in the area of our venue.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided for all guests. The shuttle will pick up at the Holiday Inn Express at 4:30 p.m. The shuttle will be available to take guests back to the hotel beginning at 9:30 p.m., and will make runs throughout the rest of the evening.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is "unplugged", please keep your phone off during our ceremony. We have hired a team of professionals to capture our ceremony, please allow them the space to do their jobs well without your phone being in the photos

Do you have a place to share photos from the weekend?

Answer

We will provide all guests a login to the app POV, a disposable camera app, and we ask all of our guests to take full advantage of the opportunity and take photos at the Welcome Party, Cocktail Hour, Reception, and Farewell Breakfast. We cannot wait to see our Big Day from your POV.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend that you stay at the Holiday Inn Express in New Philadelphia. We have a room block at this hotel, code: FBW. We will provide a shuttle to and from the Welcome Party and the Ceremony at this location.
