Aaron and I met with a lot of persistence on Aaron’s part. He originally found me on a dating website, but added me on Instagram shortly after. I had no clue who he was at first so I completely ignored his messages.. finally I responded and we were chatting for a bit before he asked me to dinner.. I said no. He had to ask me out 3 times before I gave in and said yes. We had our first date at Starbucks and have been inseparable ever since. I thank God everyday for Aaron not giving up on me after denying him 2 times before. I guess the 3rd time is really the charm ♥️

We were in Idaho visiting some friends when Aaron proposed to me. We had gone out the night before with our friends, and that is where our proposal story began. I was out dancing with the girls while Aaron was shooting pool with the guys. Our friend asked when he was planning on popping the question.. Aaron had planned to do it at the end of January, but that obviously changed. They got talking about it some more and Aaron decided to do it while we were in Idaho, so the guys made the plans to set it up the next day. One problem, Aaron had no ring. They decided to go in the morning to pick out a ring (they told me they were having a “guys breakfast”). Aaron was able to get me the perfect ring and have it all done before sunset. We all went to Swan Falls in Idaho and Aaron got down on one knee. Me being, well me, thought he was tying his shoe and I completly ignored him until I saw him pull out the ring.. I finally caught on. I of course said YES! It was such a surprise to really both of us, but it was so perfect!
