There are lots of options for hotels in the Saint Louis Park area or Downtown Minneapolis. We have one hotel block at the DoubleTree by Hilton in West End, Saint Louis Park. There will be a shuttle bringing guests to and from the venue.

Shuttle

We will have a shuttle that will pick guests up from the DoubleTree by Hilton at 3:45pm. The shuttle will also bring guests back to the DoubleTree by Hilton starting at 8pm going until 12:30am.
Travel Note
Valet parking
There is covered valet parking connected to our venue (The Beach Club). Entrance is on eastbound Lake Street. There will be signs stating "Event Valet Parking". If you leave your car overnight you will need to pay $20 for a "lost ticket fee" in order to leave the parking garage.
