What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 20th, 2024. We need to have a head count of attendees to make the needed accommodations. If you do not RSVP we will unfortunately have to mark you as not attending.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name as "guest" or formally written out when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to only invite children within the family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to mingle and find your seat! Late guests will not be allowed in the chapel if the ceremony has already begun.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The attire is cocktail! Ladies can wear tea length, midi, or a formal knee length dress. Gentlemen can wear jeans or slacks, a button-down or collared shirt with an optional sports jacket. Please no flip-flops, shorts, or T-shirts

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

Pink is encouraged but not required! Please refrain from wearing bridal colors of white, cream, and ivory.

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in the chapel at the Springs Waxahachie. Please follow the signs to the chapel or wait for the golf cart shuttle to drive you there from the parking lot! Feel free for the driver to drop you off at the chapel so you do not have to walk! Please no parking by the chapel.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot on the venue ground. We will have a golf cart to help shuttle guests to the chapel! Please park in the big parking lot only.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will in indoors in the chapel. We will have a cocktail hour that is outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors!
