On the day of the wedding, charter buses will pickup guests from the Hilton Puckrup Hall Hotel promptly at 1:45 pm. We kindly ask that you are ready in the hotel lobby at 1:30 pm as there is only one scheduled trip to Birtsmorton Court. If you are planning on driving to the venue, there is a designated car park upon arrival. For ease of parking and walking to the church, please arrive at 2 pm.

The day will start at 2:30 pm with a marriage blessing at St. Thomas of Canterbury with St. Peter & St. Paul Church on the grounds of Birtsmorton Court. Please note that, due to capacity, some guests may have to stand for the 30-minute ceremony. Following the ceremony, guests will gather at The Terrace and the White Garden for the drinks reception, weather permitting. Enjoy drinks and canapés while listening to live music, overlooking the Malvern Hills. The day will continue with the wedding breakfast in The Linney. Gather around the table, converse with new and old friends, and enjoy a two-course meal with drinks. As the day turns to night, The Linney will open up into The Barn for an evening of fun. The bar will remain open while we dance the night away to a live DJ and saxophonist! At 11:45 pm, charter buses will arrive and drop off guests at The Hilton Puckrup Hall Hotel. If you are not staying at the hotel, please schedule a taxi pickup for no later than midnight.
