Are Masks Required?

Answer

Masks are optional inside of the church and not required outside.

What should I do if I'm not feeling well that day?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you do not come to either the ceremony or the reception, but a phone call (either to the couple or their parents) would be appreciated to let us know.

Where should I park and how do I enter the church?

Answer

There is a large parking lot adjacent to the church, and street parking is also available. Please do not go through the school. If you park in the parking lot, follow the sidewalk to the front of the church.

Where will I be sitting at the ceremony?

Ushers will help seat families and groups.

When and Where are pictures?

Answer

Pictures with immediate family will be taken in the church directly following the ceremony. Pictures with everyone will be taken at the reception location preceding dinner.

Where will I be sitting at the reception?

Answer

Tables will be outside and seating will be assigned. Please find one of the ushers with a boutonniere to give you your table number.

What is a social distance unit?

Answer

This is a group of people that you are comfortable being with in close proximity.

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception location is outdoors, please dress formally yet accordingly for the weather. There are tents available in case of inclement weather.

What is for dinner?

Answer

There will be food catered by Torey's Restaurant and Bar, with grilled entrees, seasonal salads, and sides. Vegetarian and Gluten Free options will be available upon request. Please let us know on the RSVP if there are any other dietary needs that we should accommodate.

How will food be served at the reception?

Dinner will be buffet style.

Are beverages available?

Answer

Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available through the cash bar. Water and lemonade will be provided. Some beer and wine will be free of charge.

Will there be a dance?

Answer

There will be an optional outdoor dance at the reception. You are welcome to participate if you feel comfortable.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress formally but appropriately for the weather. The dancefloor is a brick patio so be careful with stiletto heels.

There is a block of hotel rooms reserved at the Days Inn by Windham in Winona.
