The mash potatoes cones are to die for and you can't go wrong with a side of fresh cut fries. We love to get them to go and eat them on our boat in the Trinidad Harbor. 355 Main Street Seascape For the breakfast and ocean view lovers, this restaurant is located down at the Trinidad pier. Kyle's favorite is the "Jumpin' Jack Skillet" & Natalie loves the "Fisherman's Breakfast" with pancakes. 1 Bay Street
Arcata Farmers Market This amazing farmers market is full of local treats and Veggies. It's located on the town square in Arcata from 9-2pm. Stop by before the wedding Saturday morning. This is one of Natalie's favorite Saturday morning activities. Arcata Marsh & Sanctuary Enjoy an easy stroll around the marsh, great place for bird watching or a morning run. 5 miles of walking/biking paths. Everett's Club The local Arcata dive bar. Located on the Arcata Plaza where Kyle and Natalie first met at oyster fest. 784 9th Street Septentrio Winery A beautiful outdoor wine bar with great ambiance & child friendly Cozy up by the fire with a tasty glass of Natalie's favorite rosé. 650 6th Street Los Bagels One of our favorite morning bagel spots, a Jewish Mexican bagel shop will not disappoint. 1061 I Street SALT Fish House A modern local seafood restaurant. Located near is another favorite, Vista Del Mar, (21+) stop in for a tasty bowl of clam chowder. The Diver Bar Another great restaurant in Eureka. Great for dinner and drinks. The Madaket Step aboard the oldest passenger vessel in continuous service in the United States. Learn the history of Humboldt on an 8.5 mile cruise along the shores of Humboldt bay. Seals are sure to be seen along with migratory birds. Tours are 75 minutes and run Thursday through Sunday at 1:00, 2:30, 4:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased online. 1 C Street Eureka, CA The Friday Night Market is super fun, lots of vendors, shops open late, right downtown oldtown Eureka.

Petrolia | Lost coast trail | Punta Gorda Lighthouse This is definitely a day trip. Be prepared for windy roads and breathtaking views. Lost coast trail offers one of the few coastal hiking experiences in the nation. Exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities such as sea lions, elephant seals, river otters, eagles, deer and so much more. Bring a sac lunch with there are no restaurants/gas stations etc. This is the LOST coast and one our favorite spots to adventure.
Enjoy a 31-mile drive on scenic highway 101 approx. 1 hour south of Trinidad. These Titan Redwoods have plenty of great hiking spots for your to explore.
