Where is the venue located?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at the Chateau Event Center, located at 1568 Cobb Hill Rd—just off Huffine Lane between Bozeman and Four Corners. After turning onto Cobb Hill Road, drive about a quarter mile. A sign on the left will clearly mark the entrance to the venue.

Is there on-site parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Plenty of on-site parking is available at the venue. Vehicles can be left on the property overnight if needed.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will commence promptly at 4:00pm. Guests are respectfully requested to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to allow sufficient time for parking and seating prior to the start of the ceremony.

What do I wear?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. For men, this may include button-down shirts, slacks, or khaki pants. For women, dresses, jumpsuits, blouses, and slacks are all appropriate options. No shorts, jeans, or flip flops, please! We also ask that you reserve lighter hues of green for the wedding party. If you have questions about what to wear, please reach out to Heather or Kyler.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We are only able to accommodate guests who are formally addressed on your wedding invitation due to venue capacity. The names of each party member will be listed under your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Drinks are on us! Please bring cash to tip our wonderful bartender. If you prefer, Venmo will also be available as a tipping option.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We’ve decided to keep the celebration adults-only, with the exception of close friends and family—mostly because we’re almost at capacity. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is it okay to take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
To help our photographer capture the best moments, we kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. Once the reception kicks off, feel free to snap away!

What's on the menu?

One of our favorite local spots, Mo Bowls, will be catering the reception. Guests can look forward to a mac and cheese bar with a classic Caesar salad and rolls. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know on your RSVP or reach out directly to the bride or groom.

How soon do I need to RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 20th, 2025. This helps us provide accurate numbers to our caterers and vendors. If we haven’t received your RSVP or heard from you directly by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend.

Please visit the RSVP tab or click the "RSVP" button on the home page to submit your RSVP. You may also speak to the bride or groom directly, and they’ll be happy to manually mark you as attending.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
Your presence is enough of a present to us! However, we would be grateful to receive cash funds for our honeymoon. These contributions will go toward travel expenses, lodging, dining, and adventures in Tahiti. We have also added a few items to our Amazon registry. Please refer to the registry tab if you would like to purchase a gift or contribute toward a vacation for two!
