Both are being held at Cusack's on the Kenai in Soldotna. The ceremony will take place next to the Kenai River (decent weather permitting.... we did say decent. A little rain won't stop us.) and the reception will be under the clear tent 500 feet from the ceremony. No hiking boots required ;)
The best option, while time consuming, is to rent a car in Anchorage and take the 3-hour drive to Soldotna. This time of year it should be incredibly beautiful with the fall colors! Another option is to fly into Anchorage and then take a small plane flight to Kenai. The flight is only 15 minutes, but once in Kenai it's a little harder to travel around. You'll need to rent a car there (which are hard to come by and very expensive), take a cab (no Uber or Lyft), or have a friend come get you!
As much as we contemplated, Dunfight or Knighford, we've decided to keep our own last names.
We want you to wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Let's call the theme forest semi-formal. Chelsea will be wearing a white dress with Birkenstocks depending on the weather, and Kyler will be wearing something that makes him the pretty pretty princess because Chelsea's weird and doesn't like attention on herself. Our wedding colors are greens and oranges in case you feel like matching or absolutely not dressing in those colors.
