We’re getting married!

It was May of 2022 and Zach Bryan had just released "American Heartbreak" when Katie and Kyler were added into the same group chat dedicated to his music. The two became friends, but didn't end up talking until October of that year. November rolls around and at this point the two are exchanging daily texts and FaceTime calls, to Katie's surprise Kyler asks for her address, while she was reluctant at first she ended up giving it to him. Later that day, a dozen red roses show up at her doorstep with a note saying "Would it be stupid to ask you to be my girlfriend?" and the rest is history... sort of. Did I mention the two had never met in person until two months into their relationship? It wasn't until Kyler flew up to see Katie on her 20th birthday when the two finally met. The two were nervous as ever, but you never would have guessed they had never met in person. Since that moment, they both knew they were each other's forever partner. After two years of back and forth trips from ND to TX and vice versa, Katie finally made the move to Texas in December of 2024. The two have enjoyed {many} concerts, road trips, date nights and spending time with their best buddy, Duncan. To Katie's surprise, Kyler popped the question on September 19th, 2025 right before going to the Charles Wesley Godwin show in Houston. He even made sure her family was in town for the big day! The two celebrated by going on stage and singing "Take Me Home, Country Roads" with CWG! A moment the two will never forget.
