The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Please arrive an hour before the ceremony

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend guests stay at the Holiday Inn or Best Western in Heber City to be the closest to the the venue. Guests can also stay in Park City which is about 30 minutes from the venue

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is minimal parking so please carpool or use ride share. Do not park anywhere on the street. Only use the lodge parking lot

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation from hotels to the venue. We recommend out-of-town guests get rentals cars or use uber to get to and from the venue

Do I need to come to the welcome party?

When you RSVP on the website, there will be an area for those of you invited to the welcome party to RSVP.

What should I pack?

Answer

Bring clothes to party in. We ask that guests wear cocktail attire to the welcome party and formal attire to the wedding. The venue has a pool and a hot tub so bring your swimmies if you want to dabble in the water. There are tons of hiking and mountain biking trails in the area. Bring clothes for outdoor activities if you want to play outside.
