A valid credit card is required to reserve the room; however, no charges will be applied until check-in. Please note that check-in begins at 4pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11am. If you are only booking Saturday, September 12th, to Sunday, September 13th, we highly recommend requesting an early check in as the wedding begins at 4pm. For any special requests such as early check in, please ensure that you communicate these preferences to the call center at the time of booking. The call center will document these requests within the reservation. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but please note that requests are not guaranteed so it would be best to come wedding ready to the hotel if you are checking in on Saturday, September 12th. If the room you are requesting to book is no longer available within the hotel block, please reach out to Kayla or Kyle, and we will add the room to the hotel block so you can get the discounted rate.
