When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you let us know whether you will be joining for us on the day by September 16th, 2023.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes, there is parking at the Venue! Both the ceremony and the reception will be held in the same place.

What will be available for dinner?
Answer
We will be having a pasta bar buffet with a selection of sauces, pastas, and meats to pick from. Yum!
Question
Will there be group transportation to the venue?
Answer
Yes! We are arranging a shuttle to pick up guests and drop them back off at the Hyatt Place at The Forum. If you are not staying at this location - the hotel offers free parking - so you can still park here and join the group for the shuttle. There is enough room for 55 guests. The shuttle will arrive at Hyatt at 4:15, and leave promptly for the venue at 4:30. Please be on time so you do not miss! The shuttle will pick guests up at end of event, 11:00pm, and transport back to the hotel.

What is the dress code?

We are requesting semi-formal attire. Colors for the wedding are Purple, Burnt Orange, Dark Reds and Greens. Think Fall! Thank you!

What are the colors of the Wedding Party?
Answer
The Bridesmaids are wearing a Latte colored dress (think Beige) and the Groomsmen are wearing Black Suits and Bowties!

What are the dates for the room block at the hotel and can the dates be adjusted?
Answer
The hotel has rooms blocked for October 20th through October 22nd. If you would like to change the dates on your reservation, please call the hotel directly (239-418-1844) to book your stay under our block. Thanks!
