When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 3:00 PM. The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the space from the parking lot and find a seat. Doors will close at 4:00 PM and will not be reopened until after the ceremony.

What is the address of the wedding venue? Is the space ADA compliant?

Answer

The wedding address is 10611 Moran Rd, Arlington, WA 98223. The venue is fully ADA compliant.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be indoors in a barn with concrete floors, the spring time in Washington state can be chilly. For that reason, a light jacket is recommended.

What’s the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Casual attire, preferably with spring colors. We request that you wear colorful attire that is comfortable and neat. Feel free to wear dresses and casual suits as well.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate kiddos at our wedding ceremony.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless stated otherwise on your invitation, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we’d like to keep the guest list to those who know us very well.

Will there be a time gap in between your wedding ceremony and the reception?

Answer

There will be a 30-minute gap that will take place on the front patio between the ceremony and reception, where you can enjoy non alcoholic beverages and mingle.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have chosen to do a dry wedding, meaning there will be no alcohol available or allowed during the reception or ceremony.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception will end at around 9:45 PM, and our sendoff will be at about 10:00 PM. There will be no after-party.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding “unplugged” and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Take as many photos as you’d like at the reception! We would love to see your point of view.

Answer

Please respect our privacy and don’t share photos of our wedding on social media, as we’d like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images.

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you could have it delivered to our home at 4906 Longhouse Trail Ln NE Apt. 316, Arlington, WA 98223. A wedding card box will be at our reception as well!

What’s the best airport to use?

Answer

Paine Field Airport (PAE) is the closest airport. Arlington is easily accessible from PAE via taxi, public transit, or ride-share.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While we can't predict the exact forecast for our special day, the weather in May is usually pleasant, with temperatures ranging from the low 60s to the low 70s.
