Houston
We love Houston and this is where we met, live and will raise some babies. Houston is a large metropolis in Texas, extending to Galveston Bay. It’s closely linked with the Space Center Houston, the coastal visitor center at NASA’s astronaut training and flight control complex. The city’s relatively compact Downtown includes the Theater District, home to the renowned Houston Grand Opera, and the Historic District, with 19th-century architecture and upscale restaurants.
Boheme
We met here for the first time. Needless to say, we had a blast. It is a Montrose District hideaway with a subtle old world vibe, Bar Boheme offers an eclectic wine selection, full bar with craft cocktails and beer, and worldly bites.
Chinatown
The best Asian cuisine in all of America is right here in Houston, Texas. We love eating in China Town. Ask us for recommendations because there are too many to list!
Museum District
The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, is among the 10 largest art museums in the United States, with an encyclopedic collection of more than 65,000 works of art. The MFAH has two cafés, a repertory cinema, two libraries, and two nearby house museums for decorative arts: Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens, and Rienzi.
