There is a room block available at the Cambria Hotel Akron Canton Airport and The Hilton and Garden Inn. The Cambria will provide transportation from the venue to the hotel at the conclusion of the wedding.
We adore your children, but due to our limited guest capacity, we are only able to invite adults to our wedding. If your little ones are not listed on the invitation, we hope you can enjoy a special night out and celebrate with us.
Kindly RSVP by August 1st 2026 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on our website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by this specific date we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as not attending.
Both the reception and ceremony are taking place at the Tudor House at Mason's Cove, 655 Latham Ln, Akron, OH 44319.
Parking at the venue is limited, but there is a state park within walking distance of the Tudor House where additional parking is available. We highly encourage guests who plan on drinking to take an Uber or Lyft to the venue, as transportation back to the hotel will be provided. Golf cart transportation will also be provided from the parking lot to the venue.
The music will begin at 3PM, and the ceremony will start at 3:30PM. We kindly ask that you arrive between 2:30PM and 3PM to allow ample time for parking and finding your seat.
We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony.
Cocktail attire is acceptable. We just request you do not wear white, if you show up in white, you will be thrown into the lake.
Only names on the invitation are to attend.
