The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. The chapel doors will be closed once the ceremony starts and will not reopen until the ceremony concludes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time to find the venue, park, and get settled before it begins.
Yes! Everything is at the Whitewood Ranch. Please refer to the picture at the top for the layout. The ceremony will take place at Esme Lane Chapel, and the reception will take place at the reception hall.
We invite our guests to celebrate with us in spring garden formal attire. Women are encouraged to wear bright, colorful, and floral dresses that capture the beauty of the season. Men should wear suits, paired with fun or colorful ties that complement the spring garden aesthetic! Please refer to our "Spring Garden Formal Dress Code" page for some ideas! To ensure an elevated and cohesive look, jeans, polos, hats, and casual attire are not allowed. Please also avoid white or ivory attire, as these shades are reserved for the couple. For reference, our wedding party will be dressed in shades of blue and yellow. Guests are encouraged to complement this palette by choosing other elegant, spring-inspired hues.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share all of our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony is complete, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Yes! Please refer to the picture at the top for the layout for guest parking location.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
