Kylee and Ikaika went to the same school, which was Washington Middle School, and spent only a year of seeing each other in the halls of WMS due to a 2 year age gap. Kylee was in 6th grade and Ikaika was in 8th grade. They didn’t talk much. It was all stares for a very long time. But Ikaika left and Kylee stayed by herself for the remainder of that year and the next year as well. Once high school came around for Kylee in the later grades, Kylee started going to boys and girls club and there, every day after school, she seen Ikaika once again. But just like middle school, they didn’t talk to each other. Later in the year of 2017, in the month of May, Kylee decided to make the courageous decision of telling Ikaika exactly how she felt in the pursuit of a possible journey to happiness. They talked and talked all night long and found out that they both wanted to see where this journey would take them. They met at a restaurant the next day and discussed their feelings about each other. Kylee had to go home. They had their first kiss and the feeling stuck. They fell in love and continue to do so more with every minute of everyday that passes.
