Our first date was at this cozy little Italian spot in Clinton Hill - get a pre or post dinner drink at the tiny Mayflower bar next door!
We both agree that this is definitely the best pizza (we also love Scarr's for grandma slices and Pauli Gee's for whole pies)
Laid-back Thai-ish; kind of a perfect restaurant.
According to Viv's power rankings, this is currently number one for nearly-homemade chai in the city - Punjab Deli on 3rd comes in second!
THE hole in the wall spot for dumplings and hot noodle soup - recommend Mr. Fong's for a drink afterwards. (Spicy Village is also great for reviving noodle soups, and is BYO!)
We first met each other on this back patio in 2015, and Kyle planned our surprise engagement party here four years later. Well paired with dinner at Black Mountain Wine House, which is exactly what we did on that special evening.
EXCELLENT CUBAN DINER
We recently moved from Bed Stuy to the East Village, and love the Lost Lady for tacos and hibiscus margaritas, Lois for wines on tap, Abraco for espresso and aperitifs, Beron Beron for Japanese on floor mats, and Veniero's for late night desserts and coffee.
