Wise men say, “only fools rush in.” Terri and Kyle met at the wedding of Terri’s cousin (Liz) and Kyle’s brother (Trev) in April 2021. Terri and Kyle are NOT related by blood. They were asked to perform a song together for the then-newlyweds’ first dance. Though Liz and Trev will deny it to this day, they knew exactly what they were doing. Terri and Kyle fast fell in love and became inseparable, splitting their time together between Kyle’s home in Riverside and Terri’s in Long Beach. “Like a river flows, surely to the sea.” So too did Kyle move from Riverside to Long Beach, as the couple could not wait to begin their life together. They made a home together, which they opened to their beloved feline companions, Stevie Nicks and Pendleton. Their love deepened (for their cats, but also for each other), leading to an intimate beachside proposal on November 23, 2024. “Darling, so it goes, some things are meant to be.” Terri and Kyle are thrilled to invite those most cherished from their pasts and beloved in their present as they stand on the precipice of their shared future.
