Can I stay in a cabin at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Please contact either the bride or the groom with the cabin you are interested in staying in and we will reserve it for you. The available cabins are listed on the "travel" page. Descriptions of cabins can be found at https://wellspringspa.com/lodging/.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Since this will be a small gathering, we kindly request that only guests included on the invitation attend.

Due to restrictions at the venue, we kindly ask that only kids listed on invitations attend.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress in formal attire. This event is outdoors, and most areas of the venue are not paved, so we would recommend comfy shoes that wont sink into the ground (avoid stilettoes etc.).

What if I need walking assistance?

We will have a shuttle available to help get people to and from the ceremony space if needed.

Can I use rideshare apps to get to and from the venue?

Answer

You may be able to find an Uber or Lyft around Ashford, but since we will be in a town of approximately 500 people on the edge of a national park, there will not be many to come by. If you plan to drink at the reception and are not staying on the property, PLEASE coordinate a way to get home safely in advance.

It will be a little chilly! The high is typically around 60F/15C with a slight chance of rain (but a little rain on your wedding day is good luck anyways!)
