The outside ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive between 3:30-4:25pm.
Yes! Complimentary shuttle service will be available to transport guests to and from the wedding venue. The primary shuttle (11-passenger capacity) is designated for guests staying at Hampton Inn & Suites. It will depart from the hotel at 4:00 PM and return from the venue at 11:15 PM to bring guests back to the hotel. Additional shuttle service (accommodates up to 37 guests) will be available for guests staying at nearby hotels: First Pickup (3:00 PM Start): The shuttle will begin at La Quinta / Fairfield Inn (5679 S Alkire St) — two separate hotels located directly across from each other. The driver will stop here briefly (about 5 minutes) before heading to Homewood Suites / Hampton Inn (7630 Shaffer Pkwy) — also two separate hotels across from each other — for another quick 5-minute stop. The shuttle will then head to the venue, aiming to arrive between 3:30–3:45 PM. Second Pickup: A second round of pickups will follow the same route, making brief stops only (no waiting period) at both hotel clusters. Final drop-off at the venue is expected by 4:25 PM at the latest to ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. After the reception, the shuttle will make as many return trips as needed to drop guests back off at their respective hotels.
