Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before the July 27th 2024 deadline. You can RSVP right here on our wedding website. If you are having difficulties with your RSVP please reach out to the Bride or Groom.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guest can be seated starting at 1:30pm to enjoy the music and beautiful surroundings. Ceremony will begin at 2:00pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please silence your cell phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Will will have a professional videographer and photographer capturing this moment and we will happily share photos at a later date.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. Please check your invitation to see if you are allowed a plus one.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor garden. The reception will be held indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony guests can check into their hotels or head over to the Best Western where our reception will be taking place. Cocktail hour will take place from 4:00pm to 5:00pm with dinner and dancing to follow.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Best Western in Dubuque where the reception will be taking place. Please see the travel section of our wedding website for details and other hotel recommendations.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

The Penne Pasta Primavera is a vegetarian option. We will also have a limited amount of dairy free and gluten free dessert. If you have other special dietary concerns please indicate this on your RSVP.

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?

Answer

Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area, including coffee some of our favorite things to do, and restaurants to visit before or after the wedding.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, if you feel inclined to do so you can find our registry on our wedding website.
