Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and the wedding venue. Shuttle schedules will be posted in the hotel lobby and at the venue for your convenience. To make things even easier, feel free to leave your cellphone number—we’ll send you text updates with shuttle arrival and departure times the day before and the day of the wedding. Please note: Rideshare services like Uber can be limited in Akron, so we highly recommend using the provided transportation.

The ceremony will take place at the venue, rain or shine. We’ll make a final decision on whether it will be held indoors or outdoors closer to the day, depending on the weather. Either way, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
