FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kyle Faber and Rachel Schornak
Question

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

July 12th. This gives us ample time to coordinate final numbers with all of our vendors. Please RSVP via this website by clicking the "RSVP" tab. Then type in your name - all names within your group should appear. Fill out all sections (food choice, dietary restrictions, song requests, etc.) and hit submit!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. Please check out the "Travel" tab for lodging recommendations. Feel free to reach out if you need any assistance.

Question

How should I get to the wedding?

Answer

Both Lyft and Uber are perfect options for those staying in the Denver metro (i.e. Morrison, Littleton). For those staying in Aspen Park, Conifer, or any other nearby mountain towns, please be aware that Uber and Lyft are available but will likely be more expensive or have longer wait times. I would suggest scheduling your ride ahead of time, carpool with other guests, or drive yourself. We will NOT be providing a shuttle service.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the venue. You will drive up a windy private road to get to the lot. There is ample space to turn around within the parking lot, so please do not attempt to back down the driveway. We will have someone helping direct cars for drop-offs or parking. Cars can be left overnight but please retrieve the car before 10am the following morning.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding events adults-only (with exceptions for immediate family children) and appreciate your understanding.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If "and guest" is written on your wedding invitation, you are welcome to bring someone. Please ensure you share any dietary restrictions by the RSVP deadline. Otherwise all guests will be specifically noted on the invitation. We are unable to accommodate any additional guests due to limitations of the spaces and our goal to have an intimate wedding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear what makes you feel fabulous! Our only request is that you don’t wear white, off-white, primarily white patterns, etc. We ask that everyone dress up for the ceremony and dinner (cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suit and dress shirt (ties + jackets are completely personal preference)). Feel free to bring a change of clothes to be more comfortable for dancing and yard games! Also a note on weather for an October mountain wedding. It will likely get chilly at night. The venue is heated inside, we will have some heaters outside, and we will have an option for a bonfire if no restrictions are in place. Please plan ahead with a jacket, shawl, etc. to stay warm.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate on your RSVP form of any dietary restrictions and allergies. We will work with our vendors to make sure everyone is accommodated.

Question

Is there anything else I should know?

Answer

If you are not used to high altitude, make sure you hydrate leading up to the travel as well as throughout the weekend. Altitude sickness will sneak up on you - be proactive so we can have a great time celebrating with you.
