Yes! Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Mid-October is a beautiful time of the year in Vermont as we will be in the peak stages of the autumn foliage season. Expect temperatures to be in the low 60s /high 50s during the day and to drop to low 50/40s by the evening. We recommended to bring a jacket or shawl to layer. The ceremony will be on grass so block heels or flats are recommended! Please keep an eye out for the weather forecast before traveling as New England weather can be very unpredictable!
Yes! We’ll be providing transportation to and from the venue on the wedding day for all guests. The pickup spot for the bus to the ceremony will be across the street from the Hampton, at the Orvis Outlet. After the reception, buses will take everyone to the designated hotels, Airbnbs, and the after-party. One bus will remain late into the night to shuttle guests home from the after-party safely. Ridesharing services, such as Uber and Lyft, are non-existent in Manchester. There will be no transportation on Friday to and from the welcome event.
