When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that you provide your response by June 15th using the 'RSVP' tab on our wedding website.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive no later than 5:00pm.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place outdoors. The ceremony will be on the lawn followed by cocktail hour on the main deck of the restaurant. The reception will take place under a tent.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot for guests to utilize, and you may leave your vehicle overnight if circumstances require it.

Will there be transportation after the reception?

Answer

We will have a designated driver available for the Deposit/Hancock areas beginning at 11pm. Please see Tyson or Jessica Martin (the bride's brother and sister-in-law) at the reception or after party if you wish to utilize them.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. We ask you to please wear a dark-colored suit (tie optional) or dress pants with dress shirt and sports jacket; or, please wear your favorite cocktail dress, dressy blouse and skirt, or a jumpsuit. The ceremony and reception will take place on grass so please plan your footwear accordingly. There is no dress code for the welcome dinner.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP via our website. We will work with the caterer to provide substitutions as needed.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for the duration of the cocktail hour and reception!

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

To kick off the weekend, we will be hosting a Welcome Dinner & Bonfire Friday, July 12th. More details to follow. We hope you will join us!

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

We do not have a hotel room block, however we have listed several nearby accommodation options on the 'Lodging' page of the website.

Question

How far in advance should I book lodging?

Answer

We recommend booking your lodging accommodations as soon as possible. The summer is high season in the Catskills as it is the best time for outdoor adventures, so many options will book up quickly.
