She is the definition of a super mom and a beautiful soul inside and out. I love you!

This is my big sister Shay. She is literally my right hand left hand my front and my back. We have been able to spend 20+ years together since I have been in this world. Some would say too much time together LOL, but I couldn’t imagine my life without her. If I can’t imagine my life without her then I cannot imagine ever getting married without her being right by my side. She is very sweet and let me add always late. She promised me she won’t be late on my big day, and I believe her!

Uhhhhhhh... Ceaira (Cee) is my sister cousin. We are biologically cousins but we grew up like sisters. I guess this is my REAL oldest sister. She has taught me everything I need to know. I look up to Cee soooo much. I love how she can be my cousin, therapist, fashion consultant, and really close friend all in one. She is a phenomenal mother and fashionista. Of course it wouldn’t be right if she was not my matron of honor. No questions asked.

I cannot express in words the love I have for my Jas (Jazz). As I am writing this I am realizing I have a lot of sisters. And I am adding her to the list. Although biological cousins, she too is more like a sister to me. It has been myself, Shay, and Jazz since diaper days. You did not see one without the other and inherently me too because I followed them around everywhere. I am so happy and honored to have her standing up there next to me. She is my ride or die sister, literally!

She was my sister’s childhood friend growing up, and over the years we grew into besties. My sister may be a little jealous I took over all her friends LOL (joke we’re all really close). But meka is mines to stay. She is getting married 5 months before me, and trust me she NEVER lets me forget it.

Dad has been a great role model for showing me how a family should look and the value of family. He has taught me how to raise and support my very own family I hope to have in the near future. Not only has he taught me how to be a provider but how to cherish my wife because she will be the backbone of the entire operation. Lastly and most important of all, he has taught me happy wife happy life. I am starting to practice that now!!!

Luke, one of the best little cousins one can ever ask for. He is full of life and has sooooooo much personality. Well, honestly, there was no question as to who we would ask to be our ring bearer. He is the perfect person for the job. He will bring all of that energy we need to our big day; and he will play a very very special role, because he is holding Kyle’s life savings in his hands. Soooo congrats to Luke for being appointed one of the most important roles. We love Luke!

We met on “move-in day” @ NIU, over the years we slammed a brew or 2. Who can forget the roof canoe? He even has a no regerts tattoo. In any event let me introduce to you, Kevin Fus whose also down with Blink 182. But back to “move-in day” I convinced him to join the fraternity, we still talk about it to this day and probably will for an eternity.

I barely remember Spacecamp when Kevin Donahue and I were both young lads, fast forward about 20 years he was one of my fellow election comrades. That quest might’ve been unsuccessful but his loyalty doesn’t lie, helping me ship out bricks to hundreds of fellow SVS Alumni.

My next introduction is of a friend from the 2nd grade. I’m glad to finally say that this time he will walk in our parade. That best man speech I gave might been a little weak, but I’m still honored to have had that opportunity to speak. So now it’s my turn to coast down the aisle, let’s toast one up for Uncle Brian & his Old Style!

Or when Grandma would cover for us when my parents were out of town, and we’d turn the lakehouse into a party scene playground. Yes those were the days, but here we are now…An awesome dad for his fam, a role model to his sister Sam & next I’ll be on that program.

Next I’m going to tell you about my friend named Craig, an engineer from NIU and taught me how to tap a keg. Most recently he served as foreman when guiding me on how to cut out drywall, he might be the only guy banned from college intramural football. We have a lot in common & some traits I’d rather not share, but we initiated the breakfast club and he had a mohawk of hair. I still laugh to this day as I wondered what his classmates thought? No regerts here as these experiences cannot be bought.

Most recently I met Nick of whom is married to Maegan’s sister Sashae, he taught me the ropes as I learned about my future wife. I’m grateful to say that I will soon be his brother-in-law, even if being a cub’s fan is my only flaw. His two young beautiful daughters will also celebrate this day and I wonder who will catch that flower bouquet.

And then there is Kory, my youngest brother that I used to mess with a lot. Several nicknames I gave him but never gave a second thought. From Patrick to Kurtis to Froto and I’m sure there are many more, but late in the night you’ll see him, tear up the dance floor. Look at him now the best chef you will ever meet, I’m lucky to have him join this memorable fleet.

Last but not least here is our 3rd Kevin; the middle brother, best man and never forgets the members in heaven. One of our fondest memories was back in November ’16, Cubs game 7 in Cleveland & it still feels like a surreal dream. Or how about that time when I joined him on an eventful free cruise, we had docked somewhere in Nassau & almost needed to be rescued. But now rescuing is his job and he wears it on his right calf, I’m lucky to call him my brother & our chief of staff. So enough with the emotion, we’re gonna have a night of fun, we hope you can make it as Maegan & Kyle’s life has just begun!#TheKaspoAdventure2021
