Snake River Float

10:30 am - 4:00 pm

How It Works: Meet at Dornan’s at 10:30am, then we’ll organize into cars and caravan to the river put-in together. 🎈 Look for balloons and a group of excited people—we’ll be hard to miss! We’ll float the Snake River for a few hours and pull off right back at Dornan’s, where we started. It’s a breathtakingly scenic stretch of river that will help ground us for the weekend. ⏰ Please be on time—the river waits for no one, and once we leave for the launch, we can’t come back. What to Bring: Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, light snacks & drinks (coolers provided), and shoes you don’t mind getting wet (water shoes, sandals with backs, or tennis shoes). We’ll provide boats, gear, life vests, and good vibes. Come fed! Dornan's Pizza will be the perfect spot to fuel up post-float. 📞 Questions, comments, or curveballs? A Western Welcome

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Update: No Trail Access at 5 PM Due to an unexpected trail ride, the walking path to the venue will not be available around 5 PM—the horses spook easily at sunset. Please take the shuttle instead. Shuttles begin at 4:45 PM from the Teton Village Bus Stop (across from the Alpenhof Hotel by the Clocktower) and run every 15 minutes. If you prefer, Uber or other ride services are welcome—but please note, no personal cars may be parked at the venue. Join us for a laid-back evening of good food, local music, and gathering with loved ones. Kids are warmly welcomed. Attire: Cowboy Chic ✨ Ladies: Flowy dresses, denim, boots—think “effortless Western.” ✨ Gents: Blazers, jeans, hats encouraged.

Wedding

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Ceremony begins at 4:00pm sharp 🚐 ALL ABOARD! Shuttles are the only way to the wedding site—no personal vehicles allowed. Head to the Teton Village Bus Stop (across from the Alpenhof Hotel, by the Clocktower). 🎯 Arrive by 3:15pm 🕞 Shuttles leave at 3:30pm sharp This isn’t a “fashionably late” moment—once the shuttles leave, they’re gone! Don’t miss the ceremony or the view. We can’t wait to welcome you to a place that means the world to us. Expect a heartfelt ceremony, signature cocktails, ranch-style dinner, and dancing under the Wyoming sky. Dress Code: Cowboy Black Tie 👗 Ladies: Formal gowns or cocktail dresses. Flats or wedges recommended for grass. 🤵🏼 Gents: Tuxedos or dark suits with Western flair. Boots encouraged. Need outfit ideas? Check the Outfit Inspiration tab! Brunch

9:30 am - 11:30 pm

Join us for a laid-back brunch to wrap up the weekend. Kyle and Mack have never made it to an after-wedding brunch, so we’re all in this together! We'll share some laughs, relive the highlights, and raise a final toast before we head out on our next adventure. Attire: Come As You Are No need to dress up—jeans and whatever feels good after a night of dancing are all welcome. Keep it casual, comfy, and ready for coffee.
