As of August 23, 2021, the city of Salem will begin requiring masks be worn when indoors. They may be removed when eating or drinking (which we will be doing a lot of!), but we are requesting that all of our guests bring a mask with them to our wedding. In addition to the mask mandate, our venue is requiring that any and all guests be able to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test (the rapid test is sufficient) with results given within 48 hours of our event. We really appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you all very soon!

He walked up to her at a party and said, "Hey, I'm Kyle Bredice and this is my party." She was surprised by his bold confidence and shook his hand. He offered her a Bud Light – which she accepted – and then pursued her for a couple months until she finally agreed to have lunch with him. A few weeks later, she invited him to her sorority's Spring Formal, and the rest is history.

He organized a staycation in DC and convinced her it was because they'd been so busy and working so hard. They spent the afternoon having lunch together and strolling around Georgetown. She'd recently become a big fan of his favorite drink, an Old Fashioned, so they shared a couple at the hotel lounge and chatted about their life together. After a fantastic private dinner in the dining room, they returned upstairs to a room covered in roses, desserts and champagne. When she realized what was happening, she spun around, and he was down on one knee. He told her that even though he overthinks everything, this is one thing he had been sure about from the start.

On August 27, 2021, L + K will be getting married at Ledger in Downtown Salem, MA. Lili grew up in Salem, and drove by the historic landmark everyday on her way to school (which also happens to be the second oldest standing bank in the US!). She rode by it on bike rides with her father and brother, Carlos, and strolled by it on walks to the shops downtown with her mom. Since meeting, L+K have made it a point to make it to Ledger whenever they're home to visit Lili's family. It's become a meeting place on a Friday night for them and two of their closest friends, Lenyx and Ricky. It's where they've enjoyed countless celebratory brunches with family, and it's where they surprised Lili's 'Nana B' with their engagement news. Over the years, the two have collected many fond memories inside this unassuming space. We want to share that atmosphere and feeling of closeness with our guests! Ledger is a beautiful, seamless mix of class, edge, and comfort—with an understated-cool that seems to seep out of the perfectly imperfect original brick walls. The vision we have for our day is exactly that: comfortable, intimate, fun, imperfect. We can't wait to share in the celebration of this next phase of our life with you.
