First and foremost, wear something comfortable and easy to dance in! Leah's wedding party will be wearing green, Kyle's will be in black and white. Attire will be formal. Think suits/dresses, dress shoes, tie optional. For our guests wearing dresses, please do not wear white! Please note dinner is outside so bring a jacket!
While we are excited to celebrate in a small, intimate restaurant setting, Aurora does have a strict maximum capacity for guests. If a plus one is provided to you, it will be listed on your invitation. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions about this!
This is a particularly busy time of year in NYC. Between fashion week, UN general assembly, and Climate week, things book up quickly. We STRONGLY suggest booking a hotel as soon as you know you can make it.
Williamsburg is certainly the easiest place to stay, given the proximity to the venue. Downtown Brooklyn/Greenpoint/Dumbo/Long Island City are also reasonably convenient. If you would prefer to stay in Manhattan, we would suggest staying near the L train - Anywhere near 14th st (east or west) will put you close enough to the L train to make transit easy. Feel free to ask us for any recs.
While we absolutely adore children, we ask that they please stay at home.
Do you really think Leah would have picked a venue that said no to Bubby? Bear will be with us for the ceremony, although he will be heading home midway through the reception.
