When should I RSVP by?
Answer
No later than September 30th, 2024 (If no RSVP is received by this date, you will be marked "No")

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 10 AM sharp. The doors will be closed and locked at that time. Please arrive before then. The doors will re-open after the ceremony ends.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invitation says, “and Guest,” then yes otherwise, just your presence, please.

Are kids invited?
Answer
Recommendations from the venue: The Garden Room is an adult facility meaning there are no provisions for children. The facility is not amenable to children and is not child proof. Therefore, we do not accept responsibility for the behavior or safety of any child on the premises. Running and jumping on or in the facility are not permitted. Unattended and unsupervised children will be warned only once before the parent or host is informed by security. If the parent does not take actions, both will be asked to leave by security. Unattended children pose a great danger among our working service personnel who are carrying trays of glassware, bottles, and dishes. For the safety and comfort of all guest and staff, we are unable to accommodate baby strollers. Highchairs and strollers are not permitted. Infants in carrier seats may not be placed on the floor.

There is a private lot at the venue that everyone can use.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
No, we do not have an open bar. If you would like drink tickets, please note that on your RSVP.

What can I get with drink tickets?
Answer
Drink tickets are good for wine and beer, other drinks will need to be purchased separately. Drink tickets also do not include tip, so please make sure to tip the bartender!

We are offering a buffet that should cover most dietary needs, please specify in your RSVP if you need any additional accommodations.
