Are there hotels nearby?

Answer

Yes. There are multiple lodging options in the immediate area, and we have room blocks at three different locations. Please see the "travel" tab above for more information.

Can I Share a Room with Other Guests?

Answer

Maybe! Email Laura at ldelcamp12@gmail.com and we will let you know if other guests are searching for people to share a room with. We have already had some requests, so send us an email and we'll put you in touch with others who are looking!

Can I bring my children to the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at our reception. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes. We have a block at three different locations. In order to get the discounted room rates, you must book by December 2, 2019. Please see the "Travel" page above for more information.

What is the Freedom Pass?

Answer

The Freedom Pass is complimentary with booking at a number of Waterville Valley hotels, and includes free access to the White Mountain Athletic Club (hot tubs, saunas, rock climbing, etc.), indoor ice arena, and indoor tennis among other things.

What time should I get to the conference center for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm, and we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to take your seats.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot directly across from the conference center which you are free to use. All of the nearby hotels are within walking distance (5-10 minutes) of the conference center as well.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we ask that you dress in cocktail attire.

Any other special attire notes we should know?

Answer

Since the wedding is in February, you will probably want to wear warm boots and outerwear. There is a very large coat area where you can store outerwear once you get inside. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all in the same building.

Can I bring a date?

In order to stay within our budget, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

While we haven't quite gotten to it yet, we plan to add to the registry connected through this website. Stay tuned!

Can I bring my dog to my hotel/condo?

Answer

Yes! There are a couple of different accommodations at Waterville that allow dogs for a fee.
