When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 1, 2026. We ask that you RSVP even if you are unable to attend. If you do not RSVP, we will have to assume that you will not be able to join us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive around 3:30-3:45pm to allow enough time to park, mingle, and find your seat before the ceremony starts at 4.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're asking our guests join us in 'Fall Cocktail' attire. Think semi-formal with a seasonal touch—dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or dress pants with a jacket or blazer. We kindly ask guests to skip jeans, even dark ones. We also ask that guests avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride -- whites, creams, ivories. Dress it up, have fun, and embrace the fall vibes!

Can I bring a plus one?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! As much as we’d love to include everyone, our venue has limited capacity. If a plus-one was included for you, it will be noted on your invitation. We kindly ask that only those listed attend—thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To help create a relaxed and enjoyable celebration for all, we are planning for this to be an adults-only event other than the few in our wedding party. We ask that only guests 18+ join us. With the advanced notice, we hope you can make arrangements for little ones and enjoy the night with us.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! You’re welcome to leave your car overnight, and it can remain there until Sunday at 11AM.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We expect some guests will head home after the reception since many are local, but for those who’d like to stay overnight, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn in Olean as well as the Hampton Inn in Olean.
