Ceremony & Reception: Elevated Mountain Formal Welcome Drinks: Frost & Fur *For those of you who are like Kyle and are asking yourself "What is Elevated Mountain Formal?", here is some inspiration: https://www.pinterest.com/kmilli95/vail-wedding-dress-code-elevated-mountain-formal/ Frost & Fur Inspiration: https://www.pinterest.com/kmilli95/vail-welcome-event-dress-code-frost-fur/ A boot check will be available at the reception — feel free to wear your favorite mountain boots for the ceremony!
Our ceremony will take place outdoors, surrounded by the breathtaking Vail landscape. We recommend embracing the season with warm, stylish layers—think tailored coats, elegant boots or sturdy block heels (for the bold!), and a touch of alpine chic. While the ceremony will be brief, the mountain air is brisk, so wraps, furs, and cozy sophisticated outerwear are all encouraged. It's winter in the mountains !! Reception Note: Boot Check Available We will have a boot check available so you can check your boots and change into your dancing shoes for the reception!
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for a kid-free evening. If you need babysitters during wedding events we suggest looking at https://www.resortsitters.com
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be listed by name. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo—we promise there will be plenty of great company (and a very full dance floor).
Transportation is planned from the two hotel blocks (The Hythe & Highline) on the wedding day. Please check back closer to the wedding date for more details.
