We met online. Both of us were tired of the game and shallowness of the dating world until he reached out to me after I had already liked his profile. With how much we had to share, our conversations would look like miniature books back and forth. We were so eager to have someone actually willing to listen and give appropriate and thought-out feedback. After a few weeks of talking, we decided to meet. We met at a park near where I lived, and it was quite the introduction. He came with flowers from his mother's garden. We both knew this was what we wanted so we made things official. The only downside is how far apart we lived from one another. It was only an hour or so away, but the distance only increased our fondness of one another. Every weekend we strived to see each other. I'd visit him and then he would visit me. Three years later we moved in together to start our next journey. One where we would put truth to our favorite words. Forever and Always.
