You can fly into Tuscon and get an Uber to the guest ranch for roughly $30 per car. Let us know your travel plans so we can help organize car pooling for easier travel. If you would like to drive yourself, feel free to rent a car! There is so much to see, eat, and explore in Tuscon and surrounding national parks.

Most likely you can get a direct flight here. You would have to rent a car, and take a 1hr and 49 min ride to Tuscon. It is super easy, and you get to see some neat sites on the way. If you let us know your travel plans we can try to help organize groups to split car rentals.

To make this easy we have a group discount rate. Each guest/couple is responsible for making their own reservations. *Please call* to make reservations to ensure you get the group rate. All reservations must be made 45 days prior to the wedding, or the rooms get released back to the public rate. The rate is valid 3 days prior and 3 days post the wedding. Keep in mind this is a small, historic ranch which has multiple different room layouts and all at different rates. Please look at the room layouts to select which will work best for you. Also, if you’re traveling with friends, you may want to split a bigger room together. Just an idea to keep in mind.
