What date should I RSVP by?

Please RVSP by 08/30/2026! The sooner the better :)

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during ceremony and reception?

Answer

Take photos or videos throughout the wedding and only ask that you send the photos and videos to Katie and Kyle!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Semi-formal / Cocktail. If you would like to match wedding floral colors, we are having dark oranges, plum, and dark greens. If you would like to dress to the nines, go for it. Equally, if you are happiest in flats and a jumpsuit the choice is yours! We just ask that individuals do not wear white, as this is disrespectful to the bride.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held outside. Bring a light sweater in case of chilly weather or light wind. The reception will be held outside near the ceremony under a covered tent!

Is there parking near the venue and how accessible is it?

Answer

Parking is offered through the venue, and has great accessibility that caters to a variety of needs. Parking is connected to the venue and reception site. Vehicle passes to enter the park for free are included in the mailed invitations.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is wheelchair accessible, and accessible for those who may have a harder time getting around. There are areas of grass but everything is accessible by concrete or tiling pavements.

What types of drinks will be served?

Answer

There will be an open bar and we encourage you to try one of our signature drinks! There will be beer, wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly and make sure you have a safe ride to and from your accommodations.

Are children and plus ones allowed?

Answer

All family and friends with children are allowed to bring their kids. Invitations should be clear on plus one's, but we are human and sometimes make mistakes filling out information. If you are unsure if you have a plus one feel free to contact us and ask. All kids are invited to the wedding but if you want to make it a date night and tell your babysitter that it is a kid free wedding, go for it! Just make it clear on your RSVP.

Are there travel accommodations?

Answer

No. The section under travel has options for using Glen Iris Inn/ Letchworth State Park or Airbnb/ VRBO. Katie has connections to other wedding guests who have open rooms at a home nearby to split costs for lodging.

Question

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer

No! Your presence is enough of a gift, but if you would like to buy us a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon to Japan is appreciated.
