If you get the Blackberry Apricot Sour (Kyle's favorite), you won't be disappointed! A great brewery to check out while you're in town with lots of rotating taps of beer, cider, kombucha, and a great food menu.
Atticus Coffee & Gifts
A store full of fun, eclectic, and local gifts and collectibles. Get a coffee from the cafe and stroll through the store to figure out what to spend your money on (we highly recommend a Chris Bovey print and a Paddy Wax soy candle).
Riverside State Park - Bowl and Pitcher Area
If you'd like to pretend like you're "so PNW", check out our closest state park and the picturesque "Bowl and Pitcher". A wooden suspension bridge takes you across the river and to the trails. Indaba Coffee
Google "Indaba Coffee Spokane", and you'll see that the quality of this shop has spawned several offspring! We love the Howard location for its decor and proximity to the park.
Gonzaga University
The reason why we're here! Our place of work and (almost) alma mater. It's only about a 20 minute walk along the river away from downtown. Check out St. Al's and some of the iconic Jesuit statues and artwork around campus.
sweet peaks ice cream
This Montana-based company opened up a store in downtown Spokane last year. The standard flavors are delicious (Wustner Honey & Cinnamon, anyone?) an the rotating flavors always have a fun twist to them.
Madeleine's Cafe & Patisserie
Two words: Tart. Citron. But really, everything at this coffee shop and patisserie is delicious.
Saranac Public House
Good sit-down restaurant with a wide range of flavors and dishes. You're not going to regret getting a pretzel with some cheese sauce!
