Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re going with formal attire — dress to impress, but also dress to dance! For men, that means a suit and tie (or tux if you’d like), and for women, a long dress or an elegant cocktail dress. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up!

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hanover Marriott for your convenience. Please see the “Travel” section for booking details.

When is the deadline to book a room in the hotel block?

Answer

We strongly recommend booking as soon as possible, since the hotel will also be hosting World Cup guests that same weekend, and availability may fill up quickly! Our room block cutoff date is June 19, 2026.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 6:00 PM to get settled and find your seat. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, complimentary valet parking will be available at The Park Savoy Estate.

Will transportation be provided?

Shuttle service will be available between the Hanover Marriott and The Park Savoy Estate. Details will be listed under “Schedule”
