Please read through all of the FAQs as they contain all the important information about our big day. If you have any other questions that have not been answered here, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our wedding website by June 16, 2025. If we do not receive an RSVP by this date you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you but we need to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and will be unable to accept late RSVP's.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to embrace a semi-formal attire for our special day. We can't wait to see you all dressed up and ready to dance! Please be aware that the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors (weather permitting). We recommend bringing layers to stay comfortable with changing temperatures throughout the day. Additionally, please note that the event will take place on grass, so if you're wearing heels, you may want to opt for block heels, wedges, or heel protectors.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your kids, we have decided to make our special day adults only, apart from our nieces in the bridal party. We hope this notice is enough time for you to make other arrangements to take the day off and come celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM. We suggest arriving no later than 2:45 PM to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering the venue to avoid any distractions during our special moment.

What do I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Due to changes in venue accommodations, we are no longer able to host the cocktail hour at the Red Barn as previously planned. To help our vendors prepare efficiently and without interruptions, we kindly ask all guests to leave the area during this time. Guests are welcome to return to the venue between 5:00 and 5:30 PM for the reception. In the meantime, feel free to check out the Things To Do section on our website for local suggestions to enjoy during the break. Thank you for your understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What accommodation and transportation options are available?

Answer

We have created a hotel room block for out of town guests, please see the "Travel" section of the website for more details. Ubers and taxis are available to transport guests safely to and from The Willows, at their own expense. Guests who have been drinking are welcome to leave their vehicles in the parking lot overnight. For those who prefer not to leave their car, we suggest using First Choice Designated Driver Service. We may be able to offer shuttle services if a sufficient number of guests stay at the same hotel or nearby.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

We are so grateful to have you celebrate with us, and that’s truly the best gift we could ask for! Since we’re already squeezing all our stuff into our apartment (seriously, no more kitchen gadgets will fit!), we kindly ask that if you’d like to give a gift, a contribution toward our honeymoon or future home would mean the world to us. But most of all, we’re just excited to celebrate with you!
